A site plan review with all required documentation and fees will be required (and are tobe included in the Consultant’s fees) for this project and will be coordinated by the Consultant.Question: Will an air compressor need to be installed in the building?Answer: No. Any need for compressed air can be met with a small, portable air compressor.Question: What type of crane or hoist is preferred?Answer: The crane or hoist is to be designed as an integral part of the building, and the buildingdesign is to incorporate the structural demands of the crane or hoist.
