ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS

Sealed proposals will be received by the Division of Public Works, State of Idaho, at 611 Wilson Avenue,

Suite 1, Pocatello, Idaho until 2:00 p.m. local time, on Thursday, March 12, 2026 for DPW Project No.

25226 Student Health Pharmacy Refresh, Idaho State University, Pocatello, Idaho.

A description of the work of this project can be summarized to include the Remodel of the Pharmacy, Lab,

Office spaces and waiting room as well as two (2) restrooms.

Proposals will be opened and publicly read at the above hour and date.

There will be a Pre-Bid Conference on Monday, February 23, 2026, beginning at 2:00 p.m., prevailing

local time, at the Student Health Pharmacy Bldg. #31, 990 S 8th Avenue, Pocatello, Idaho 83201.

Bidders are encouraged to attend.

One set of documents may be obtained by licensed general contractors and by licensed mechanical and

electrical subcontractors from the Design Professional for a refundable deposit of $100.00. Others may

obtain documents at cost, non-refundable.

A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount, including any add alternates, is required. A Public

Works Contractor's License for the State of Idaho is required to bid on this work.

Estimated Cost: $454,000
