Notes	The City of Georgetown seeks to enter into an agreement with a qualified Individual, Firm, or Corporation (Proposer) with substantial and relevant experience and expertise to provide HVAC Tune Up Services that ensures HVAC systems are operating efficiently, effectively and in compliance with industry standards.
