Project Description: Request for Bid #RFB_WH_2026-01

The City of New Bern is requesting sealed bids from qualified vendors for the furnishing and delivery of approximately 59,500 feet of 394.5 AAAC 6201 electrical conductor cable (or approved equivalent). Materials must meet all specified NEMA reel requirements and delivery conditions, including shipment on an open-bed truck with advance notice.

Sealed bids must be submitted as hard-copy responses and received by the City no later than February 12, 2026 at 2:00 PM (ET). Electronic submissions will not be accepted.

Inquiries must be submitted in writing by February 4, 2026, and may be submitted by email to Darryl Stith, Warehouse, stithd@newbernnc.gov . Submission of inquiries does not obligate the City of New Bern to respond. Any responses provided shall be issued only by written addendum.
