S ummary: The City of Florissant is soliciting bids for the following Microsoft software for 1 year (12 months) of service with an an option to renew for an additional (2) 1 year terms:

• Microsoft Office 365
• Exchange Online Plan 1
• Defender Plan 1
• M365 Apps for Enterprise
• Entra ID P1
• Entra ID P2

AND

• End user training videos
• Best practice documents
• Technical Support for all supplied software products for the entirety of the software term
• Annual Office 365 health check-ups and security check-ups
• Support for compliance/retention features including ongoing training to staff that need to conduct compliance retention searches
