Description

Oregon State University (“OSU” and/or “Owner”) is conducting a competitive TWO-STEP Request for Proposals (RFP) process to retain ONE (1) General Contractor to provide Construction Manager/General Contractor (CMGC) services for the UHDS Dining Support Facility (the “Project”).

OSU WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTING SEALED PROPOSALS ELECTRONICALLY - Proposals are to be submitted to bids@oregonstate.edu by the Due Date/Time.

MANDATORY PRE-PROPOSAL CONFERENCE/SITE-VISIT - A Mandatory Pre-Proposal Conference/Site-Visit will be held on January 21, 2025, at 1:00 PM PT at 855 NW 8th St., Corvallis, OR 97330. The gate will be opened prior for parking. Please do not park in the Samaritan lot.

All questions shall be submitted via e-mail to constructioncontracts@oregonstate.edu by the Question Deadline in order to be addressed. The email subject line should contain the Solicitation Number/Name and Firm Name.
