ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS

Sealed proposals will be received by the Division of Public Works, State of Idaho, at 611 Wilson Ave. #1,

Pocatello ID 83201 until 11:00 a.m. local time, on Thursday, March 5, 2026 for DPW Project 24233

McIntosh Manor Fire Lane Retaining Wall Repairs, Idaho State University, Pocatello, Idaho

A description of the work of this project can be summarized to include: Removal of the deteriorated asphalt

paths throughout the site and replace with new concrete sidewalks. Removal of a portion of the existing

poorly drained fire lane and replace with new paving, curb and gutter, and drain system. Regrade and install

terraced retaining walls between Buildings D and E. Project also includes new storm drains, and replacement

of existing concrete stairs and railings. Regrade and install a terraced retaining wall system behind the

Laundry/Maintenance Building.

There will be a Pre-Bid Conference on Thursday, February 19, 2026, beginning at 10:00 a.m., prevailing

local time, at the Idaho State University, Mcintosh Manor, 1251 Bartz Way, Pocatello, ID

83209. Bidders are encouraged to attend.

One set of Bidding Documents may be obtained by licensed general contractors and by licensed

mechanical and electrical subcontractors from the Engineer for a refundable deposit of $50.00. Others

may obtain documents at cost, non-refundable. Or Bidding Documents may be purchased for $22.00 and

Prospective Bidders are urged to register with QuestCDN as a plan holder, even if Bidding Documents are
