Invitation for Bid Texas TreeVentures Course Inspection and Training C-2026-0254 (show below)

The Woodlands Township is seeking bids to provide an annual inspection conducted by a company that is a current Professional Vendor Member (PVM) of the Association for Challenge Course Technology, performed by a Qualified Course Professional (QCP), including a Qualified Inspector, Qualified Installer or a combination thereof. The vendor shall also provide annual operator training consisting of a sixteen (16) hour review for previously trained course operators, covering correct course operations and emergency procedures, conducted by a Qualified Person. All work and services shall comply with the specifications outlined in the attached bid documents.
