BID- McGraft Park Improvements
February 3, 2026
The City of Muskegon is requesting Bids for the construction of McGraft Park Improvements. Bids for the construction of the project will be received at the City Hall located at 933 Terrace Street, Muskegon, MI 49440, until 2:00 p.m. local time, Thursday, February 26th. At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read.
This project includes the resurfacing of four tennis courts and converting them to eight pickleball courts, as well as the removal and reinstallation of concrete paving and sidewalk, removal of fencing and installation of new fencing, and upgrades to the electric for the existing lighting system.
Prospective Bidders may request the Bidding Documents from the Issuing Office. The Issuing Office of the Bidding Documents is: Fleis & VandenBrink, 316 Morris Avenue #230, Muskegon, MI 49440, email: bidroom@fveng.com. For questions regarding this project, please contact Marlena O’Connell (moconnell@fveng.com) at 616-977-1000. Bidding Documents will be emailed in portable document format (PDF) at no charge; hard copy documents are not available. Non-biddable documents may be viewed in the on-line Bid Room at www.fveng.com .
The date the Bidding Documents are transmitted by the Issuing Office will be considered the Bidder’s date of receipt of the Bidding Documents.
A pre-bid conference will not be held.
For all further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents.
The City of Muskegon reserves the right to accept any bid, reject any or all bids, to waive informalities and make the award in any manner deemed in the best interest of the City of Muskegon.
