2026 Baxter Inspection
Brief Description: MnDOT is requesting proposals for inspection on three construction contracts including the Washington Avenue Reconstruct, the Onamia Roundabout and Districtwide Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) maintenance contracts for Mill and Overlays, Micro Surfacing and Chip seal. Responder will work with MnDOT Staff and contractors to ensure these projects are constructed to a high degree of quality with all proper documentation and testing performed.

Anticipated Contract Term. The term of this contract is anticipated to be from 3/2026 to 06/2028.2. Instructions for Questions and Answers.
