Scope of Work:

Scope of Work: Replacement of asphalt pavement which includes subgrade modifications and striping, as indicated on the drawings at Anderson, Alice Maxwell, Sun Valley and Alice Smith Elementary Schools.

Basis of Award: The intent is to award each school individually. See Bid Form (PUR-F523) for additional information.

Contractor’s Licensing: It is WCSD's opinion that the scope of work for this project qualifies for the following license groups: General Engineering A OR General Contracting AB.

If a Contractor would like to seek clarification from the Nevada State Contractor’s Board, then they must do so ten (10) days prior to the bid due date. https://www.nvcontractorsboard.com/

Sealed bids for the Pavement Replacement at Four (4) Washoe County School District Schools will be received by the Washoe County School District’s (WCSD) Purchasing Department located at the Brown Center 14101 Old Virginia Road, Room #0, Reno, NV 89521, until 2:00 p.m., (Local Time) on April 14, 2026. The bids will be opened publicly via a TEAMS Meeting at 2:30 pm (local time).

There will be a NON-MANDATORY Pre-Bid Meeting held at 9:00 a.m. on March 31, 2026, at the Brown Center (Meet in Front of the Office) Old Virginia Street, Reno, NV 89521. Due to access and coordination involved in this project we highly recommend that contractors walk the project site that we are making available.
