Description: The Lake County Department of Public Works invites proposals to procure approximately 750 tons of PMRE chip seal oil which conforms to section 94 of the Caltrans Standard Specifications and 250 tons of FOG Seal. Proposers must have the ability to deliver and spread the emulsion. Delivery will be to various locations within Lake County. Proposals are due April 17, 2026.
