The County of Marquette (County), seeks proposals from photocopier vendors. Currently there are twenty-three photocopiers at different locations throughout the County. The County is requesting a five-year lease of photocopiers to better satisfy the needs of individual departments. Exhibit A specifies the location and necessary functions, along with presenting historical impression data for accuracy. Proposals must be submitted no later than 3:00 p.m. local time, February 26 th , 2025. REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS AND PROPOSALS The Marquette County Land Bank Authority (MCLBA) Marquette County Single Family Homes 234 W. Baraga Ave., Marquette, MI 49855 DUE DATE: March 5, 2025 at 4:00 p.m. EST

The Marquette County Land Bank Authority (MCLBA), the developer, is seeking a builder(s) to design and construct up to four attainable single-family detached homes on shovel-ready scattered sites in Marquette County. Up to $250,000 per home is available for the design, construction, and finishing. MCLBA owns each lot and has done due diligence to be able to build at each site. Proposals must meet the requirements of the grant programs. Click link for details: RFQP Proposal Details Proposal Submission An optional meeting hour will be held on Tuesday, February 11, 2025 from 11 a.m. to Noon in Room 41 at the county Annex office building located at 234 W Baraga Ave to discuss the projects and answer questions. All questions will be provided in the county Q&A worksheet online for anyone to view afterwards. Submit proposals electronically only on or before 4:00 p.m. on March 5, 2025 to landbank@mqtco.org . Proposals will be kept confidential until the submission deadline. Proposals will be considered by the Authority at its meeting on March 11, 2025 at 3:00 pm. The Authority reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal and may negotiate the terms with one or more proposers. The Authority may request additional information from one or more proposers to assist in the selection process.
