Summary

The City of Norfolk (“City”) is seeking a qualified contractor to provide, deliver, and install an in-vessel composter at the Virginia Zoo (“Zoo”) located at 3500 Granby Street, Norfolk, VA 23502, according to the terms, conditions, and specifications of this solicitation.

Partially funded with grant funds received from United States Department of Agriculture – National Institute of Food and Agriculture (USDA – NIFA). The selected Contractor shall abide by Federal terms and conditions included in this solicitation as attachment H.
