The City of St. Petersburg (“City”) has received tax credits associated with Brownfield site remediation through the Florida Department of Environmental Protection’s Voluntary Cleanup Tax Credit (VCTC) Program. The City is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) to solicit proposals from qualified firms to provide brokerage and/or advisory services to market, structure, and facilitate the transfer/sale of statutorily authorized Florida tax credits in a manner most advantageous to the City.
