The Transit Authority of River City (TARC) is seeking services to Construction of Bus Fleet Charging Infrastructure and Related Improvements. The solicitation will be posted here on the TARC procurement listings portal: https://tarc.bonfirehub.com/portal/?tab=openOpportunities, as well as at Transit Talent www.TransitTalent.com.
Your company is hereby invited to submit to TARC, Procurement Department, a proposal for such solution. The overall objective is for TARC to select a Contractor or Contractors for such service solutions as described in Section 3 Scope of Work and Services and all Exhibits. TARC intends to execute an agreement with the most qualified Contractor(s) that present an economically viable proposal. To that end, TARC supports and encourages the formation of teams that maximize the qualifications of the proposers in all aspects. The composition of the proposers’ team or team configuration shall be clearly defined and stated within the proposal. The Contractor(s) shall be selected according to the Best Value as determined by an Evaluation and Selection Committee
A pre-proposal meeting is scheduled as indicated in Section 1.3 Solicitation Schedule at Transit Authority of River City (TARC) Administration Offices, Board Room located in the Union Station 1000 W. Broadway, Louisville, KY 40203. All Contractor(s) are highly encouraged to attend; however, your attendance is not mandatory. Please refer to Section 1.3 Solicitation Schedule for additional important and critical dates for planning purposes.

You must be a registered user of the site in order to download the document. TARC reserve the right to cancel any and all solicitations and to accept or reject, in whole or in part, any and all proposals when it is for the good cause and in the best interest of TARC.
