IFB 2025-41SD	Dean Technical High School 1045 Main Street Holyoke MA 01040 paving project. Each area is to be mechanically saw-cut into a square shape in preparation for new hot asphalt paving material at a depth of three to four inches, which the contractor will provide. All patching and paving must be done with a binding product to ensure a good bond to the binder coat. In areas where the paving has deteriorated beyond the binder coat and is down to the sub-base, the area must be prepped to allow for the correct paving procedure. All areas are to be patched and paved with a road-ready hot asphalt mix that is O.0.T. rated. All materials demolished in preparation for the new patching and paving are to be disposed of properly by the contractor. All fees associated with it are to be included in the proposal. All areas that receive hot asphalt must be mechanically compacted to ensure a smooth, flat finished product. Each proposal must include the labor and materials, including disposal for each section, while submitting separate proposals for each. All labor rates must use the Massachusetts prevailing wage, included in packet. Please email morrowj@holyoke.org for full bid packet.
