All documents provided with, and referenced in, the District’s RFQ No. 06-25/26,including contract documents and specifications (collectively, the “Bid Documents”) shall remainunchanged with the exception of those elements added, revised, deleted, or clarified by thisAddendum. In case of conflict between the Bid Documents and this Addendum, this Addendumshall govern and shall supersede any term in the Bid Document that contradicts or otherwiseclashes with this Addendum.Vendor must acknowledge receipt of Addendum Number One on the Pricing Sheet andfailure to do so may subject Vendor to disqualification.REVISION TO RFQ DOCUMENTS:Pricing Sheet – Page 20 of RFQ No. 06-25/26The Pricing Sheet has been revised to include a section for Vendors that are submitting a quote toacknowledge receipt of any Addenda issued. The revised RFQ Documents are posted on the District Website and the revised Pricing Sheet(page 20 of RFQ Documents) is included as an attachment in this addendumRESPONSES TO REQUESTS FOR CLARIFICATIONS:(7 RFI’s were received)1) Lift Requirements for Access Point Swaps (Secured Retail Networks, Inc)The RFQ states the scope includes replacing all indoor and outdoor APs district-wide. Toaccurately estimate labor: Indoor AP Mount Heights: Approx. how many indoor APs requirea lift versus those reachable by standard ladders? Outdoor AP Mount Heights: For the 30outdoor APs, how many require: Pole-mounted lifts? Wall-mounted lifts reaching above 12–15 feet? Are there any sites with restricted access where a specialty lift (narrow aisle, tow-behind, etc.) is required? District-Provided vs SRN-Provided Lifts: Does the District providelifts at any campuses, or should SRN include lift rentals in installation pricing?A: There are approximately thirty (30) Indoor APs that require a lift to reach. There arezero (0) Outdoor AP pole-mounted lifts, approximately twenty-five (25) Outdoor APwall-mounted lifts reaching above 12-15 feet. The District does not anticipate that aspecialty lift will be required to reach the AP mounts. The Vendor is expected to providetheir own lifts.2) Cabling Re-Use and Redundant Power Feeds (Secured Retail Networks, Inc.)1The RFQ states: “No additional cable will be necessary”: Existing Cable Verification: Can theDistrict confirm all existing cabling to current APs is Cat6/Cat6a and supports PoE+ minimum, with no sites requiring recabling? Redundant Power Requirements: Do any sites requireredundant cabling or dual-Ethernet power feeds for new Wi-Fi 7 APs, since they support dual10GbE ports for data and power. Is the District expecting: Single-cable PoE+ / PoE++, or Dual-port active/standby power?A: Yes, all AP’s have a Cat6 E. No sites require re-cabling. The District is requesting andexpecting Single-cable PoE+ / PoE++.3) Need for Gateways if Running Aruba Central (Secured Retail Networks, Inc.)The RFQ lists Aruba 9240 Gateways and licenses. Mandatory vs. Optional: Are the gatewaysrequired for this project, or optional depending on the wireless architecture design? Controller-Based vs. Controllerless: Since Aruba Central supports full cloud-managed AP operation, should SRN assume: Controller-managed mode using new 9240 Gateways, or Controllerless(microservices) mode leveraging Aruba Central only?A: The gateways required for this project are mandatory. The vendor should assumeControllerless (microservices) mode leveraging Aruba Central only.4) Indoor / Outdoor AP Quantity Confirmation per Site? (Secured Retail Networks, Inc.)The RFQ lists district-wide quantities, but not site breakdowns. Per-Campus AP Counts: Couldthe District provide the approximate number of APs per site (indoor and outdoor) so laborestimates can reflect actual site conditions? AP Model Mapping: Are all current APs 1:1replacements, or will quantities change due to redesign?A: The District has attached a Spreadsheet listing the AP’s to this Addendum. Most AP’s areindoor, with the exception of any AP with EXAP in the name, those are external AP’s.All current APs shall be 1:1 replacements.5) Cutover Scheduling & Site Access (Secured Retail Networks, Inc.)Summer Installation Option: If funding is awarded, does the District prefer installation: DuringSummer 2026, In phases throughout 2026, or as soon as equipment arrives?A: Ideally installation will begin as soon as equipment arrives and completed as soon aspossible. This depends on the approval date from the SLD for our Form 471.6) Warehouse / Staging Logistics (Secured Retail Networks, Inc.)Staging Location: Will the District provide a staging area for pre-config and burn-in testingbefore deployment? AP Labeling Requirements: Does the District require: Barcodes?Site/room labels? Serialized asset tracking before install?A: Vendor will be expected to have their own staging area. All access points will be labeledwith a label visible to district staff as it hangs in the classroom or office. All labels willbe in accordance with district standards prior to deployment. All labels will be aminimum of 2”x3”, consisting of the AP name, MAC Address, Serial Number, Dateinstalled, IDF name, E-Rate Yr XXXX. Asset tracking with District tags will bedependent on the cost of the individual piece of equipment. Anything over $1,500 willneed an asset tag that the district will provide.27) Disposal of Old Equipment (Secured Retail Networks, Inc.)Should SRN include the removal and e-waste disposal of existing APs? Or will the Districtretain all old hardware?A: The District will retain the AP’s. The Vendor is only required to replace the AP’s. Duringthe planning stages, the Vendor is expected to work with the district to determine the bestlocation at each site.Attachments: Revised Pricing Sheet (1 page)LEUSD AP List (33 pages)END OF ADDENDUM NUMBER ONE3LAKE ELSINORE UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICTPRICING FOR SECTION: ___________DISTRICT CONTACT: Ricardo FelixRFQ NO: 06-25/26Please provide pricing in the following format by individual section and site.QTY UNIT DESCRIPTIONMODELMANUFACTURERUNITCOSTDUE DATE: January 13, 2026, 3:00 PM PSTEMAIL: Ricardo.felix@leusd.k12.ca.usEXTENDEDE-RATECOSTELIGIBILITY %TOTAL E-RATEELIGIBLE COSTTOTAL E-RATEINELIGIBLE COSTDescribe Standard Manufacturer Warranty Description and any associatedcosts:Addendum Acknowledgement: Add No. 1 ________(Mark with an “X”)SUB-TOTAL8.75% SALES TAXSHIP/ HANDLINGTOTAL COSTDELIVERY TIME:__________ PAYMENT TERMS: _____________DATE: ___________________ E-RATE SPIN #: ___________________________COMPANY NAME: __________________________________________ REPRESENTATIVE NAME:_______________________________________ADDRESS:______________________________________________________________________ PHONE NO.: ____________________________EMAIL:______________________________________________________________________Name:AES-LIB-MakerSpace-APAES-MainOffice-APAES-RM105-APAES-RM110-APAES-RM115-APAES-RM120-APAES-RM122-AP *AES-RM201-01-APAES-RM201-02-APAES-RM202-APAES-RM301-APAES-RM302-APAES-RM303-APAES-RM304-APAES-RM305-APAES-RM306-APAES-RM307-APAES-RM308-APAES-RM310-APAES-RM310N-APAES-RM401-APAES-RM402-APAES-RM403-APAES-RM404-APAES-RM405-APAES-RM406-APAES-RM407-APAES-RM408-APAES-RM408-APAES-RM409-APAES-RM410-APAES-RM412-APAES-RM420-01-APAES-RM420-02-APAES-RM420-03-APAES-RM501-APAES-RM502-APAES-RM503-APAES-RM504-APAES-RM505-APAES-RM506-APAES-RM507-APAES-RM508-APMAC:F4:2E:7F:CC:F9:1090:4C:81:CE:5D:3220:A6:CD:CF:95:8CF4:2E:7F:CD:0C:D4F4:2E:7F:CC:F7:E0F4:2E:7F:CC:F6:1CF4:2E:7F:CD:12:68F4:2E:7F:CD:0B:E8F4:2E:7F:CE:04:8EF4:2E:7F:CD:6E:9CF4:2E:7F:CD:12:4EF4:2E:7F:CC:F2:CE20:A6:CD:CF:93:1AF4:2E:7F:CC:F5:C2F4:2E:7F:CD:08:22F4:2E:7F:CC:F1:E090:4C:81:CE:58:CE90:4C:81:CE:05:3290:4C:81:CE:04:3690:4C:81:CE:04:BAF4:2E:7F:CC:F0:A490:4C:81:CE:05:A4F4:2E:7F:CC:F8:36F4:2E:7F:CC:F2:64F4:2E:7F:CC:F5:F6F4:2E:7F:CC:F3:D6F4:2E:7F:CC:F0:B490:4C:81:CE:04:5EF4:2E:7F:CC:F0:84F4:2E:7F:CC:F4:4890:4C:81:CE:05:B4F4:2E:7F:CC:F2:C890:4C:81:CE:03:FC90:4C:81:CE:05:3890:4C:81:CE:05:5220:A6:CD:CF:93:3820:A6:CD:CF:92:E8F4:2E:7F:CC:F0:F2F4:2E:7F:CC:F3:0690:4C:81:CE:58:7420:A6:CD:CF:91:EA20:A6:CD:CF:96:D0F4:2E:7F:CC:F4:50Naming Convention:First 3 or 4 letters designate a site.Next letters after dash are the location.Any AP with EXAP are external.
