Scope of Services
The contractor will provide a contract with a single source and establish definite pricing from that source for the lease or purchase of multifunctional devices with copier, printer, facsimile, and scanning capabilities. The services will include equipment, training, supplies, and a cost-per-copy maintenance plan. The main objective of this proposal is to ensure that County departments receive a quality product that meets their business needs at a reasonable cost. It also must ensure that the County`s existing technology infrastructure can support new systems and applications.
