Description:	Notice is hereby given the Board of Park Commissioners through the Fort Wayne Parks and Recreation Department shall receive Quotes for the Fort Wayne Parks Lions Park Tennis Pickleball Courts Recoating project. Quotes shall be received until 11:00 a.m., local time, Wednesday, March 04, 2026 via www.questcdn.com ONLY. To be a valid bidder, a complete set of documents shall be downloaded online at www.questcdn.com and addenda acknowledged. Download of bid documents is free-of-charge. A non-reimbursable fee of $15.00 is required for bid submittal through www.questcdn.com. Project Description: The Fort Wayne Parks Department is requesting quotes for the following work: documentation of existing court conditions, including dimensions; power washing of the playing surfaces; repair, filling, sealing, and smoothing of all cracks and surface imperfections; and installation of a new two-tone tennis and pickleball court surface. All work shall be completed in accordance with the drawings and specifications provided. This work will need to be closely coordinated with the owner to schedule a timely installation and limit disruptions to scheduled activities A Pre-Quote Meeting for quoters will be held on Wednesday, February 25th at 11:00 AM at the City of Fort Wayne Parks Administrative Building located at 705 East State Blvd., Ft. Wayne, IN 46805.
