Description: The City of New Rochelle is seeking proposals for a qualified firm provider to design, deliver, and manage a vocational training program for youth (ages 14–17) in New Rochelle. This initiative aims to promote economic empowerment, early career exposure, build technical skillsets, and prepare youth for future employment or advanced vocational opportunities.  The program is intended to provide hands-on instruction and certification opportunities that enhance participants' employability and prepare them for long-term success.  The intent is to foster sustainable career development.
