Description: NOTICE: REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS RFQ #25-04 The City of Galveston is accepting sealed qualifications on a contract for Underground Utility Locating Services.  Sealed qualifications shall be uploaded to the Purchasing Division online portal for solicitation submittals.
