NOTICE TO BIDDERS

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Bids will be received for the Contract LP FUELED LIQUID COOLED INDUSTRIAL LEVEL GENERATOR 26-003-ETSB on or before December 23, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. Solicitation documents, including specifications, may be obtained by email at henry.kocker@dupagecounty.gov or at www.DemandStar.com . All Bids must be received prior to the date and time shown above.

Electronic signatures are allowed, and Bids do not have to be notarized. The County accepts no responsibility for transmission failures or content omissions. Bids transmitted in person, by mail or by facsimile (“Fax”) will not be accepted.

STATEMENT OF WORK

DuPage County Emergency Telephone System Board (“ETSB”) is seeking a bidder to furnish, deliver, install, connect, test, and commission a complete, ready‑for‑service 25 kW liquefied petroleum (LP) fueled, liquid‑cooled, single‑phase 120/240V industrial level generator including weather and sound enclosure, battery, battery charger, block heater, and all associated mechanical, fuel, and electrical connections; and a new 100A Automatic Switch Company (ASCO) 300 series single‑phase 120/240V automatic transfer switch (ATS). Awarded bidder shall be responsible for furnishing all parts, labor and materials needed to complete the installation in conformance with the specifications.
