GENERAL CONDITIONS

1.​ Vendor shall be responsible for delivery, assembly, and installation of the equipment at

the District’s designated location, in accordance with manufacturer specifications and

industry standards, unless otherwise specified herein.

2.​ All price quotations shall be submitted on the attached quotation form. Written

quotations may be returned via email to d5bids@lexrich5.org.

3.​ Vendors must return this completed document along with an itemized quotation.

4.​ BRAND NAME OR EQUAL: Any manufacturer’s names, trade names, brand names or

catalogue numbers used in the specifications are for the purpose of describing and

establishing general performance and quality levels. Such references are not intended to

be restrictive. Offers are invited to use these and equivalent brands or products provided

the quality of the proposed products meet or exceed the quality of the specifications

listed for any item. If submitting an equal, the vendor must submit detailed descriptive

literature with their offer. The District will determine if the equal meets all required

specifications. The bid packet must include a list of all the proposed equipment.

5.​ The district reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and quotations, and

waive any formalities in bidding in order to purchase in the best interest of the district.

SPECIFICATIONS:

The vendor shall provide unit pricing and availability information for all equipment, materials,

and supplies required to ensure the product is fully functional.
