Summary

The SWW Fair has received State Grant funding through the Washington State Department of Agriculture Fairs Program for $237,500 to improve the roof and repair the 4-H Barn at the Southwest Washington Fairgrounds.

This is a Request for Proposals (RFP) from qualified contractors to perform structural and roofing improvements on the 4-H Barn located at the Southwest Washington Fairgrounds in Chehalis, WA

Lewis County is accepting electronic submissions exclusively through OpenGov. Those wishing to submit a proposal must create a free account with OpenGov Procurement by signing up at https://procurement.opengov.com/signup.

Only contractors accepted to a small works roster before a project-specific roster is generated can be invited to bid and be awarded a small works contract.

PROPOSALS MUST BE DELIVERED BY OR BEFORE 12:00 PM ON MARCH 28, 2025 (PROPOSALS SUBMITTED AFTER 12:00 PM PACIFIC TIME WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS PROJECT.) The proposal must be submitted electronically through the procurement portal at: https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/lewiscountywa per the plans, specifications, and other documents available through the procurement portal.

A mandatory site walk-through will be on March 18, 2025, 10:00 am at 1909 South Gold Street, Centralia WA 98531
