SEALED bids addressed to the City Council of the City of Keller, Texas will be received at the Information Desk, Keller Town Hall, 1100 Bear Creek Parkway, Keller, Texas 76248, until 2:00 pm on Wednesday, October 14, 2026 , for the purpose of furnishing all facility, labor, materials and equipment and the performing of all work required for:

Erosion Control Improvements at Big Bear Creek Project

Bids will be opened and read aloud at Keller Town Hall, 1100 Bear Creek Pkwy. Keller, Tx. 76248, Room 106, at 2:00 p.m. (local time) on Wednesday, October 14, 2026.

Bids shall be submitted in sealed envelopes upon the blank forms in the Contract Documents section. The entire Contract Documents booklet must be returned in a sealed envelope with the following forms filled out and signed; Bid Form , Form TCG 2270, Form CIQ, Form CIS, Vendor Compliance to State Law form, Contractor Compliance to Texas Sales Tax Code form, and the Standard Form of Agreement. The Bid Bond for five (5%) percent of the total bid must be included in the sealed envelope with the bid. The sealed envelope shall be marked Erosion Control Improvements at Big Bear Creek – DO NOT OPEN UNTIL 2:00 PM on Wednesday, October 14, 2026.

A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at 2:00 pm on Tuesday, October 6, 2026, at Keller Town Hall, 1100 Bear Creek Parkway, Keller, Texas 76248. Representatives of the Owner and Consultant will be present to discuss the project and answer any questions.

Contract documents and specifications may be examined without charge at Keller Town Hall, 1100 Bear Creek Parkway, Keller, TX 76248. The plans, specifications, quantities, pre-bid time and date, and other information are available on www.civcastusa.com . No hard copies of the Bidding Documents will be made available. Bidding Documents may be downloaded from www.civcastusa.com . It is the responsibility of the interested party to print the Bidding Documents. Neither the Owner nor the Consultant will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including any addenda, obtained from other sources. Each Bid must be submitted on the prescribed Bid Form and accompanied by Bid security as prescribed in the Instruction to Bidders document. Bidder may bid on items separately or together as indicated in the Bid Form. The successful bidder will be required to furnish the additional bond(s) prescribed in the Bidding Documents.

In case of ambiguity or lack of clearness in stating proposal prices, the Owner reserves the right to adopt the most advantageous construction thereof, or to reject any or all bids. No bid may be withdrawn within forty-five (45) days after date on which bids are opened.
