Description: LEGAL NOTICE: INVITATION FOR BID #019-2026 The City of Springfield will accept electronically submitted bids through its’ e-bidding service provider, DemandStar, from qualified persons or firms interested in providing the following: WESTPORT BRANCH GREEN INFRASTRUCTURE PROJECT (2023PW0090) This project has been funded wholly or in part by the United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and the Missouri Department of Natural Resources under project number (G24-NPS-06) to City of Springfield. It has been subjected to the EPA and the department’s product and administrative review and has been approved for production. The required documentation affirming enrollment must be from the federal work authorization program provider. A letter from the respondent reciting compliance is not sufficient. All bids should include the signed and notarized Work Authorization Affidavit and the electronic signature page from the E-Verify program. A letter from the Contractor reciting compliance is not sufficient.
