Description
The Cherokee Nation is accepting bids from interested parties for ten (10) single-band P25 in-car mobile radios with installation for Cherokee Nation Marshal Service. Interested parties are to provide a bid to furnish product equal to or better than the specifications provided.

BIDS MUST BE RECEIVED NO LATER THAN 5:00 P.M ON AUGUST 12, 2026. ANY BIDS RECEIVED AFTER THE DESIGNATED DATE & TIME WILL BE INELIGIBLE FOR AWARD.
Indian Preference applies to all Cherokee Nation requests for bids or proposals. To receive preference, bidder must be TERO certified through the Cherokee Nation Tribal Employment Rights Office; proof of certification must accompany submittals.
