The Purpose of this RFQ is to solicit quotes for HVAC and mechanical work to CTC Hull Street Technology Office Suite per Attachment A- Front End Items and Attachment B- Specifications. The complete Request for Quote can ONLY be viewed by logging into PInG with a registered vendor account. Setup of a vendor account is free and is required to view the complete solicitations and submit a quote. Only quotes submitted through PING by a registered vendor will be considered. Quotes submitted by any other method such as paper responses, faxes and email submissions will not be considered. A non-mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on Friday, September 19th, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. The conference will be held at: CTC Hull Street Road, 13900 Hull Street, N Midlothian Va 23112. Attendance is encouraged; however, it is not mandatory in order for your bid to be considered for award.
