RFA-2027-DPH-04-FRCSK: Family Resource Center Services and Kinship Navigation Program Services

Division of Public Health

The New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services, Division of Public Health, Bureau of Family Health and Nutrition (“Department”) is seeking responses to this Request for Applications ("Solicitation" or "RFA") from qualified Vendors to provide comprehensive Family Resource Center (FRC) services and implement Kinship Navigation Program (KNP) services for pregnant women, parents and caregivers, and kinship caregivers, who have children or youth under the age of 21 in their care.
