Bid Walk:	Monday, July 21, 2025, 11:00 AM The District will conduct a pre-bid jobsite inspection tour to familiarize prospective bidders with the project site and conditions. The inspection will be conducted on July 21, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. Bidders/bid walk attendees (Attendees) shall comply with applicable Alameda County health orders. Attendees shall assemble at Firestorm Memorial Garden (near 1 Hiller Drive, Oakland 94618). All Attendees are required to have a photo ID and sign a confidentiality agreement not to share, sell, or publish photos. The Prime Contractor and its subcontractors are strongly encouraged to attend the jobsite inspection where a "sign-in" sheet will be provided. Description:	Work includes: •        Furnish and install approximately 1,935 horizontal linear feet (LF) of 24-inch, 30 LF of 16-inch and 55 LF of 12-inch mortar lined and coated steel (ML&CS) pipe, all connection piping, appurtenances, and fittings. •        Remove three trees within Caltrans right-of-way as approved by the Engineer. •        Provide required traffic control measures. •        Remove and dispose of abandoned pipelines for installation of new pipelines. •        Provide final restoration of pavement and restore Firestorm Memorial Garden landscaping. •        Perform related required work as shown on the Drawings and as specified.
