INVITATION TO BID
TOWN OF WARREN
CONCESSION RIGHTS
(Ice Cream/Slush Peddler)

The Town of Warren is seeking bids for Concession Rights to Burr’s Hill Park, Town Beach, Veteran’s Field, Jamiel Park, and Warren Recreation Park. No concession after 5:00 pm at Veteran’s Field during the summer soccer season (June 16 - July 31), Monday - Friday. Minimum Bid: $500. MUST sell ice cream/ice cream novelties and slush. Must also work with the Parks and Recreation Director.
Concession rights do not extend to permitted/scheduled events that outside vendors/peddlers are invited to participate in.
Bids should be submitted in a sealed envelope, clearly marked “CONCESSION RIGHTS,” to the Town Clerk’s Office, 514 Main Street, Warren, RI 02885, no later than 11:00 am on Thursday, May 1, 2025, at which time the bids will be opened publicly.
The Town of Warren reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive any informality, and accept the proposal deemed in the best interest of the Town.
