Description: PUBLIC NOTICE MILLBURN TOWNSHIP MILLBURN TOWNSHIP COMMITTEE ORDINANCE 2741-26 PUBLIC NOTICE BOND ORDINANCE STATEMENTS AND SUMMARY The bond ordinance, the summary terms of which are included herein, has been finally adopted by Township Committee of the Township of Millburn, in the County of Essex, State of New Jersey on April 7, 2026 and the twenty (20) day period of limitation within which a suit, action or proceeding questioning the validity of such ordinance can be commenced, as provided in the Local Bond Law, has begun to run from the date of the first publication of this statement.   Copies of the full ordinance are available at no cost and during regular business hours, at the Clerk’s office for members of the general public who request the same.  The summary of the terms of such bond ordinance follows: Title: BOND ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR VARIOUS FIELD IMPROVEMENTS AT MILLBURN HIGH SCHOOL, BY AND IN THE TOWNSHIP OF MILLBURN, IN THE COUNTY OF ESSEX, STATE OF NEW JERSEY; APPROPRIATING $4,500,000 THEREFOR AND AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF $4,275,000 BONDS OR NOTES OF THE TOWNSHIP TO FINANCE PART OF THE COSTS THEREOF Purpose(s): Various Field Improvements At Millburn High School Including, But Not Limited To, The Construction Of Synthetic Turf Fields, Lighting Improvements And Various Drainage And Other Improvements To Existing Grass Fields, All As More Specifically Set Forth In A Shared Services Agreement By And Between The Township And The Millburn Township Board Of Education, On File And Available For Review In The Offices Of The Township Clerk Appropriation: $4,500,000 Bonds/Notes Authorized: $4,275,000 Grant(s) Appropriated: None Section 20 Costs: $900,000 Useful Life: 10.00 years BY ORDER OF THE TOWNSHIP COMMITTEE Christine A.
