Project Description: Through this RFQ, MTC shall create a pre-qualified bench of consultants (“Bench”) from which MTC may contract on a per-project basis to provide services for the agency web program, the 511 traveler information program, as well as other websites as needed. Consultants may apply to be approved for any one or more of the following Service Categories on the Bench:
A. Website Operations and Maintenance Services
B. Website Design, Development, and Enhancement Services
