Project Description: The City University of New York is now inviting qualified firms with experience in data integration and analytics solutions to provide, on a subscription basis, software and related support services that enable the automated extraction, transfer, and loading of data from multiple digital data sources into a centralized data warehouse environment.
The selected vendor will provide a solution capable of integrating data from multiple third‑party platforms into Google BigQuery, supporting scheduled data refreshes, historical data access, and ongoing technical support. Services will be provided to the University for institutional reporting, analytics, and business intelligence purposes.
The Procurement Lobbying Act (PLA) Applies to this Solicitation.

Required Forms: Vendor shall complete, sign and submit the following forms if
they are selected.- “Offeror’s Affirmation of Understanding of and Agreement pursuant to State Finance Law § 139-j (3) and § 139-j (6) (b)”
- “Offeror’s Disclosure of Prior Non-Responsibility Determinations and Certification of Compliance with State Finance Law §139-j and §139-k”

Under the requirements of the PLA, all communications regarding advertised projects are to be channeled through the Designated Contact. Communication with respect to this procurement initiated by or on behalf of an interested vendor through others than the Designated Contact may constitute an “impermissible contact” under NYS law and could result in disqualification of that vendor.
