Notes	The City of Council Bluffs Public Works Engineering Division is requesting bids for all work set forth in the plans, specifications, and proposals for this project. Major items of work for this project include the following approximate quantities: Pavement, PCC, 8 Inch, CV-SUD-C15 2,915.50 SY Subbase, Granular, 6 Inch 3,261.70 SY Sidewalk, PCC, 4 Inch 687.10 SY Storm Sewer, Trenched, Class IV, 15 Inch 191 LF Storm Sewer, Trenched, RCP Class III, 15 Inch 273 LF Storm Sewer, Trenched, RCP, Class III, 18 Inch 84 LF Storm Sewer, Trenched, RCP Class III, 24 Inch 267 LF Storm Sewer Manholes 1 EA Storm Sewer Intakes 10 EA Sanitary Sewer Gravity Main, Trenched, PVC SDR-35, 15 Inch 695 LF Sanitary Sewer Manholes 4 EA All work is to be completed on or before July 9, 2027. Work shall not begin prior to August 10, 2026. Work from station 113+90.00 to station 117+71.26 shall be completed by November 13, 2026. If work remains in Stage 1A, all work within that stage shall be completed within 10 weeks of mobilization in 2027. Work within Stage1B shall be completed within 30 calendar days of beginning work in that stage and shall be completed on or before July 9, 2027. The City of Council Bluffs will accept electronic bid submittals in IonWave until the date and time listed for this solicitation. Hard copy bid submittals are not acceptable and will not be considered. Any bid submitted after the deadline will be automatically rejected. Each respondent is responsible for taking the necessary steps to ensure their submission is received and complete by the listed deadline. Incomplete submissions are automatically rejected. The City is not responsible for technical difficulties and will not allow late submissions due to the same.
