Base bid includes approximately 2,200 LF of 8 and 6” PVC waterline along with miscellaneous fittings, re-connections to the existing water system. Additive Alternate #1 includes 1.030 LF of 8 and 6” PVC waterline along with miscellaneous fittings, re-connections to the existing water system. Additive Alternate #2 includes 925 LF of 6” PVC waterline along with miscellaneous fittings, re-connections to the existing water system. Project will be partially funded by a federal Community Development Block Grant and local funds. Project is located along E. 114th Street N. from N. 106th Street North and Garnett Road.

ADVERTISEMENT FOR BID
The City of Owasso is accepting Sealed Bids for the CDBG Hale Acres Water Line Replacement
Phase III at Public Works, 10102 E 116th St N, Owasso, Oklahoma 74055, until 2:00pm
F April 9, 2026, then publicly opened and read aloud. A Mandatory Pre-bid meeting will be held
Oat 2:00pm, April 2, 2026 to address bid requirements and questions.
R CDBG FEDERALLY ASSISTED FUNDING PUBLIC CONSTRUCTION PROJECT
V All BIDDERS must be aware that BIDS prepared and submitted for all work specified in the
Contract Documents must comply fully with the provisions contained in the following:
I - Wage and Hour provisions contained in the Bacon-Davis Act
E - Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964
W Section 3, Housing and Urban Development Act of 1968, as amended; 12 U.S.C. 1701U, which
requires that, to the greatest extent feasible, opportunities for training and
employment be given lower-income residents of the project area and contracts for work in
IN substantial part by persons residing in the area of the project
- Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, as amended
G - Section 109, Housing and Community Development Act of 1974, as amended
- Section 402, Veterans of Vietnam Era (if $10,000 or over)
