Project Description: This project will create a new Welcome Center location for ETSU Admissions by renovating the current bookstore space on the first floor of the DP Culp Student Center.  The bookstore space will be reworked into a smaller retail footprint to accommodate the new welcome center presentation room, welcome station, and associated offices.
