Description: NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Delta County Commissioners are soliciting competitive sealed bid proposals from qualified vendors for the purchase and programming of 7/800 Mhz public safety portable radios for distribution to various public safety entities in Delta County. Specific details about the requirements of the radios are included in the official bid documents. Bidders may obtain bidding documents through the Delta County BidNet Direct portal at: BidNetDirect.com \DeltaCounty.   Bids must be in the specified format with any additional information attached no later than Monday, March 30, 2026 at 12:00 p.m. (Noon – Mountain Standard Time) via solicitation on BidNet Direct. Delta County reserves the right to reject any bids, to change, add, or amend the specifications, to waive any informality, and to accept any bid that, in its judgment, best serves the interest of the County and recipient agencies.  This bid will be a line-item awarded bid based on the needs of recipient agencies for specific radios.
