Services will include routine detailing of approximately half of the fleet each weekend, with pricing submitted on a per-vehicle bases for passenger vehicles and van. Offerors shall also provide separate pricing for stain and odor removal services, which will be requested on an as-needed basis. The contractor is responsible for furnishing all labor, equipment, water, cleaning supplies, and materials necessary to perform the services. The resulting contract will ensure the agency fleet remains clean, sanitary, and available for daily use.
