The City of Pembroke Pines is seeking proposals from qualified firms, hereinafter referred to as the Contractor, to complete the replacement of existing metal stairways with new concrete stairways located at the City of Pembroke Pines West Campus and FSU Charter School, in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications contained in this solicitation.
