1	The Department of Criminal Justice Training (herein after referred to as DOCJT); a department of the Justice and Public Safety Cabinet of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, is accredited by the Commission for the Accreditation of Law Enforcement Agencies (CALEA). To comply with CALEA standards and to satisfy federal OSHA regulations, the DOCJT is seeking individuals and organizations to provide certain fitness-for-duty and /or medical testing and vaccinations for staff members of DOCJT. The contract developed from this RFP will have an initial effective date from 7-1-2026 through 6-30-2028. The DOCJT reserves the right to renew this contract for up to two (2) additional two (2) year terms.
