The City of Coral Gables is seeking proposals to successfully establish a Retail Business District for the purpose of improving such district through promotion, management, marketing, and other similar services. The creation of this district will be subject to approval of the majority of affected property owners, pursuant to Section 170.01(3), Florida Statutes. The City is seeking to establish the Retail Business District as a dependent special district; therefore, successful proposals will demonstrate compliance with Chapter 189, Florida Statutes.
