ADVERTISEMENT – INVITATION TO BIDNo�ce is hereby given that the Oneida County Purchasing Department will accept sealed bids for:REPLACEMENT OF OLD POLAND ROAD BRIDGE (BIN 2205960) OVER CINCINNATI CREEKPIN 2754.67; LD040485BID REFERENCE NO. 2396The project is being administered by Oneida County on behalf of the Owner (Town of Trenton) and thework site is located in the Town of Trenton. The projects limits extend along Old Poland Road fromVanderkemp Avenue to the Town of Trenton Municipal Center.The work includes providing all labor, materials, machinery, tools, equipment and other means ofconstruc�on necessary and incidental to the comple�on of the work shown on the plans and describedin these specifica�ons including, but not necessarily limited to the following: removal of exis�ng 100 �.single span steel through girder bridge, installa�on of 100 �. single span prestressed adjacent box beamson integral abutments, replacement of exis�ng water line and drainage u�li�es, placement of heavystone fill, sidewalks, guiderail, signs, and approach paving. The proposed work will be performed whiletraffic is maintained via an offsite detour.This is a Federal Aid Project and NYSDOT Standard Specifica�ons, officially finalized and adopted onJanuary 1, 2026 as posted on the New York State Department of Transporta�on’s website must befollowed by the successful bidder.The DBE goal for this project is: 0%There are no M/WBE goals for this project.The EEO Employment goals for this project are:2.1% Minority Employment Goal6.9% Women Employment GoalThe use of the NYSDOT approved civil rights repor�ng so�ware, Equitable Business Opportuni�es (EBO),is required.
