You are invited to review and respond to this Request for Proposal (RFP), entitled 2025-RFP-112 – Yuba County Board of Supervisors Chambers Audio/Video System Modernization . In submitting your proposal, you must comply with the RFP documents. Proposals are due no later than 3:30 pm on Friday, September 12, 2025 , through the Procurement Portal. Yuba County is looking for a properly licensed contractor to replace and modernize the Audio-Visual and Video Conferencing Services in the Yuba County Government Center Board Chambers. The purpose of this project is to assess, replace, and modernize the existing audio-visual and video conferencing systems in the Yuba County Government Center Board Chambers. The project aims to provide a turnkey solution that includes on-site evaluation, recommendations for upgrades, procurement, installation, and integration of AV systems. The final solution should improve meeting efficiency, support hybrid (in-person and remote) participation, and provide reliable, user-friendly technology that meets modern performance standards.
