Project Description

Separate sealed bids and proposals will be received by the Town of Collierville at the Procurement Office located at 500 Poplar View Parkway, Collierville, TN, 38017 on the dates and time (local time) specified and then at the Town Hall Board chambers publicly opened and read aloud.

Interested parties may obtain copies of bids listed below by submitting the distribution form provided below. Vendors may also request a blank distribution request form by facsimile at 901-457-2258 or by email .

Town of Collierville solicitations are only available through the Town's Procurement office, which is the sole, official authority for all Town solicitations. If you are planning to participate in any Town of Collierville solicitation, you are required to register as a vendor with the Town, pay the required plans fees (if applicable), obtain an official set of bid documents and any addenda issued directly from the Procurement office and comply with any additional procedures as may be required. The Town of Collierville shall not be responsible for solicitation information or documents provided by any source other than that provided by the Town of Collierville's Procurement office.

The Vendor will also be required to reference its Vendor Number on the Bid Response Form. The Vendor Number may be obtained by accessing the Town’s vendor registration site and registering as a Town of Collierville vendor. Construction Bid Documents are available for examination only at Mid-South Planroom .

BID/RFP/RFSOQ award results will be available on website for 14 days.

The apparent low bidder on bid tabulations shall not be construed as the awarded bidder until the apparent low bidder's Submittal Package is deemed responsive and the appropriate level of award authority approves the Town staff's evaluation for award.
