Project Description: The City of Westerville is accepting quotations for grounds maintenance services for the Westerville City Hall Complex, located at 21/29 S. State Street, Westerville, Ohio 43081, and the Westerville Justice Center, located at 229 Huber Village Boulevard, Westerville, Ohio 43081. The work includes all labor, materials, supervision, equipment, services, and expertise required to accomplish the high-touch grounds maintenance services needed for the Westerville City Hall Complex and Westerville Justice Center, including, but not limited to, weed control, bed cleanup, mulching, shrub maintenance, and litter removal.
