Description: The City of Orange is seeking proposals from qualified Engineering Firms. Respondent certifies that they are eligible to participate in this bid and have not been subjected to suspension, debarment, or similar ineligibility determined by any federal, state, or local governmental entity. Entities ineligible for federal procurement are listed at http://www.sam.gov. Section 3 Residents and Business Concerns, Minority Business Enterprises, Small Business Enterprises, and Women Business Enterprises, and Labor Surplus Area firms are encouraged to submit proposals. Please submit one (1) marked original and two (2) exact duplicates of your complete proposal. Proposals must be fully sealed inside an envelope when submitted. If your packet is sent via courier package, the sealed envelope must be placed inside the courier package. The proposer’s information must be clearly marked in the upper left-hand corner on the outside of both the sealed envelope and courier package. The name of the project and project number must be clearly marked on the bottom lower left-hand corner of both the envelope and courier package.
