Project Description: The City Of Albuquerque (“City”) is seeking proposals from qualified Offerors to provide Flexible Spending Account services to City and Entity employees. The services will be available for the City, Participating Entities and employees during the fiscal year, which begins July 1, 2025. The City and Entities will not contribute to the funding of the FSA, but will pay for the administrative costs for the FSA. Offerors shall submit proposals in response to this solicitation with the understanding that the City will offer the selected vendor as the sole vendor for these services.
