Description/Background: The City of Chino Hills (City) is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified consultants to provide on-call Preliminary Engineering, Environmental, and Design Engineering Services  for Capital Improvement Projects that can support City staff by adding their expertise to the City on an on-call basis pursuant to task orders or purchase orders to be issued in accordance with the terms of this Request For Qualifications (RFQ). Design work will include water, sewer, storm drains, concrete flatwork, right-of-way improvements, traffic signal system, and street improvements. The City seeks a competitive solution to meet the above-described requirements by establishing an “on-call bench” of qualified consultants. The City intends to award up to five (5) on-call contracts to qualified consultants as a result of this RFQ. Fee: None Business Hours: M-Th 7:30-5:00, Fri 7:30-4:00 Special Requirements: The submittal package shall include the following: Three (3) bound copies and one (1) electronic copy (flash drive is preferred method, emails not accepted) of the proposal; one (1) original and two (2) copies of the cost proposal in a separate sealed envelope clearly marked "Sealed Cost Proposal"; and a signed W-9.
